Rhosygilwen offers a bursary for two years music studies to the most promising participant.

YOUNG MUSICIAN OF DYFED FINAL 2026

Five young musicians each perform a 15-minute recital as they compete for the coveted Young Musician of Dyfed prize

SUNDAY APRIL 19th AT 6 PM

DYFED YOUNG COMPOSERS CELEBRATION CONCERT

An 8-month long programme involving over 20 secondary schools across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, culminates with this celebration concert. Composer in residence Lynne Plowman and a quartet of players from the BBC National Orchestra of Wales will present a selection of the outstanding compositions to come out of this year’s programme.
