Pembrokeshire lamb shoulder slow cooked with fresh herbs and allspice. Cherry tomato and Smokey harissa gravy.
Roasted sweet potato and bean tagine with crispy lemon chickpeas and Baba Ganoush. (Vegan)
Crispy roast potatoes with caramelized onion and pistachio and date crumble. Roasted root vegetables with roast garlic and cinnamon, lemon and mint dressing. Ras el Hanout roast green beans and leek.
