We return this autumn to our much loved banquets with the famous cuisine of Mexico, a country which can trace its recipes back to the Aztecs and Mayans. Without Mexico, the culinary world would be a much more boring and bland place. This is the country that has given us chocolate, popcorn, guacamole and tequila and of course many hundreds of varieties of chilli from the mild Poblano to the fiery Cayenne. Our chef Guy Morris will prepare a multi-course banquet to celebrate this tradition.
